Fleet Academy
The Fleet Academy is a program being implemented by a partnership between the Sacramento Clean Cities Coalition, the Silicon Valley Clean Cities Coalition and the US Department of Energy. Over a three-year period, the Clean Cities Coalitions will conduct a number of educational events, both in-person and virtual, to help fleet managers gain useful information about operating their vehicle fleets more efficiently and about understanding zero-emission technologies and the planning and budgeting processes necessary to a transition to zero-emission operation. The in-person events will be scheduled outside the major metro areas in order to provide this assistance to fleet managers who traditionally have less access to this type of information.
