The Sacramento Clean Cities Coalition works with stakeholders and local fleets to help implement AFV’s. This includes information on vehicles, funding, economics, technical aspects, training, fueling and safety. Sacramento Clean Cities is a non-profit 501c3 organization.

Brent Jamison - Coalition President
Brent Jamison was reappointed deputy director of the DGS Interagency Support Division by Governor Gavin Newsom on May 27, 2021, where he had been serving since his appointment by Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. on April 10, 2014.
Prior to his appointment, Jamison served as chief of the California Department of General Services Office of Fleet and Asset Management since 2011. He was deputy secretary of policy and planning at the California State and Consumer Services Agency from 2009 to 2010 and assistant deputy director of legislation at the California Department of Consumer Affairs in 2009. Jamison served in multiple positions at the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research from 2004 to 2009, including deputy director of legislation, assistant deputy director and senior legislative analyst.
Jamison earned a B.S. in Political Science from Santa Clara University, and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.

Keith Leech - Co-Director
Keith Leech Sr. retired in 2015 as the City of Sacramento's Fleet Manager and most recently in 2023 as Sacramento County's Fleet Division Chief. The County of Sacramento is recognized as a trailblazer in implementing renewable fuels and innovative fleet technology projects driven by strategic business planning processes and data driven decisions. Sacramento County’s fleet was recognized as the #1 Green Fleet in 2018 by NAFA and was consistently recognized among the Leading Government Fleets by APWA and NAFA under his leadership. Keith was inducted into the Public Fleet Hall of Fame in 2017 by Government Fleet Magazine and APWA and he received NAFA’s 2014 Fleet Excellence Awards for Excellence in Public Fleet Sustainability and Excellence in Fleet Leadership. Keith served the as President of the Sacramento Clean Cities Coalition for over 15 years.
Tim Taylor - Co-Director
Tim Taylor managed the Land Use, Communications and Mobile Source Division at the Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District (SMAQMD) from 1996 to 2003 and again from 2007 to his retirement in August of 2018. He began at the Air District in 1991 in the "Clean Alternative Fuels/Low-emission Vehicles (CAF/LEV) Program" and became a Division Manager in 1995.
In August of 2003, Mr. Taylor left the Air District to assume the role of Director of Strategic Marketing Planning for Cleaire, an exhaust emission control company and returned to the Air District in 2007 as a Division Manager overseeing the implementation of a wide range of programs including Mobile Programs, Land Use Programs, Communications Programs and Climate Change Programs.
Mr. Taylor has served on a number of professional associations in the past including Secretary, Treasurer, Vice-President and President of the Public Equipment Managers Association (PEMA), a member on the Bay Area Air Quality Management District's Community Air Risk Evaluation (CARE) Task Force, a member of the California Air Pollution Control Officer's Association (CAPCOA) 2010 Climate Change Conference Steering Committee, Chair of the Central California Ozone Study "Further Study Measures" Committee and Chair of the CAPCOA Mobile Source and Fuels Committee. He currently serves as Co-director of the Sacramento Clean Cities Coalition.

Gina ONeal - Special Projects
Gina ONeal is an Air Quality Analyst and Grant Writer with a 96% success rate with the Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District. Her niche is event planning with an attendance record upwards of 600 in 2018. Together with Tim Taylor, her mentor and co-coordinator, they have held over 18 workshops, trainings, and events in the past 12 months. Additionally, O’Neal has brought in over $27 million in grant funds for different transportation projects including Sacramento Area Council of Governments’ Green Region and TDM Innovations grants and California Energy Commission’s ZEV Readiness Plan, of which she is the project manager. She is eager to collaborate with other Clean Cities Coordinators and is always open to sharing her testimony and helping others think outside the box.
