As a member in the Greater Sacramento Regional Clean Air Coalition (GSRCAC) you will join other interested organizations in support of expanding the understanding, availability, and use of alternative fuels, alternative fuel vehicles (AFV's), petroleum displacement strategies and fleet regulatory requirements. As a member, you will be able to:

  • Participate in the GSRCAC scheduled meetings, activities, and other events.
  • Work to improve air quality and reduce petroleum dependence in California's Greater Sacramento Region
  • Promote the use of alternative fuels and energy efficient technologies
  • Develop cooperative joint ventures which will help businesses and member agencies meet their clean aire goals
  • Receive assistance in expanding the use of alternative fuels within our fleet
  • Receive assistance and support for adding refueling or recharing infrastructure to support AFV use by your fleet
  • Encourage other area fleet administrators to consider alternative fuels for their fleets.
  • Share performance data on the AFVs in our fleet to other Clean Cities participants.

Membership

To become a member of the Greater Sacramento Regional Clean Air Coalition, please complete and submit the online form provided below. Payments can be made by major credit card through PayPal or by check. In addition, please print and complete the Letter of Intent.

The Greater Sacramento Regional Clean Air Coalition is a registered 501(c)3 association in the State of California - Tax ID #81-0575508. Clean Cities is a federal program to encourage both public and private fleet operators to convert to alternative fuels where economically practical. If your organization would like to be represented as a Clean Cities stakeholder in support of controlling fleet operating costs, improving air quality, and promoting innovative new technologies, please complete this form above.

Sponsorship funds represent voluntary contributions to the Greater Sacramento Regional Clean Cities Coalition (Coalition). Any funds that are collected in excess of actual costs incurred for producing any one specific event will be used to further the goals of the Coalition which are to improve air quality and reduce petroleum dependence in California's Greater Sacramento Region, to improve the use of alternative fuels and energy efficient technologies and to develop cooperative joint ventures which will help businesses and member agencies meet their clean air goals.
